The concert in Jacksonville, FL last night was amazing!! My voice is just horrible right now and walking in the rain I know didn't help me getting better either. I can barely talk I was screaming so much.

I drove down with my roommate, the drive down was pretty nice and smooth. Met up with kaede_marie and her fiance and her younger brother. Haven't seen her in ages, so good to see her and just hang out. They drove about 5 hours for it O_o

We got their about half-way into FlyLeaf's set, they were pretty good. The lead singer loves to twirls around on stage with a dress on, so amusing but a pain in the ass to picture.

I will say that I absolutely HATE how the Jacksonville Arena was done up. We had assigned seating but most people didn't abide by them and due to that we ended up missing a good portion of Breaking Benjamin's set. Pissed me off because that was the main band I went there to see. I love Breaking Benjamin!!! 

Breaking Benjamin did their newest song, 'I Will Not Bow' as their opening, a little different set-up in how they did them.

3 Days Grace was just amazing!!! They were really interactive with the crowd, which is my favorite with bands. They did a cover of Papa Roach, 'This is Not a Home'  and also Apocalyptica's, 'I Don't Care'.

Eck! Having to study for a test tomorrow and I really need to do well on this one. Studying for it is like pulling teeth with me, it's for a health class that is a requirement at my school.

Been procrastinating studying for it most of the day so far *oo, shiny*

I have managed to convert my roommate over to Supernatural addiction!!! It's rather hilarious as the show tends to scare the crap out of her *laughs*

My mom is slowly getting into it, she watched the first 2 discs yesterday of Season 1, I'm poking at her to watch more. She loves all those Sci-Fi made to TV movies, the ones with really horrible graphics, so I told her she should love Supernatural. Especially because they have way better graphics.

....okay, now I need to get back to studying......like....really soon >_<

I just got my new laptop and Ipod in the mail today!! So happy!!! 

I don't wanna go to work in an hour *pouts* -- I'm really thinking about bringing them to work and fool with them as I'm sure I'll have time later tonight......

Have forgotten how much stuff I gotta do to make the laptop to my liking. Not to mention I haven't realized how much freaking music I have *headdesk*

 It's actually snowing in Savannah, Georgia!!!
There hasn't been anything snow like since like...2001 or 2002 and that was just some snow flurries for a few hours. The last time we had snow was the winter of...1995? It's been ages!! I barely remember it.

 Today is turning out to be really nice! Hardly no clouds in the sky, no more of that damn rain. Very calm and relaxing!

Just made some Chai Tea, it's really good cold. I think I've found a new favorite drink for now!!!

Am determined to get some writing done today!!! Just started working with a co-author so we have a story in the beginning phases, on top of that I got 2 new ideas for stories....*headdesk* Am really hoping one of them will turn into a one-shot....haven't ever done one so maybe that will be an experiment.

 I hate when you're laying down in bed, trying to go to sleep and your body just wont let you! Tossing and turning, I am a horrible insomniac and have just recently gotten into a good sleeping pattern due to school. 

I decided to get up to make scones and peppermint tea! I love peppermint tea like crazy. The scone mix I bought I really wasn't too crazy, it's one of those 'just add water and bake' things. hey taste good but they look like bakes goop.   I much prefer making things from scratch!!

Now lets see if the peppermint tea will work it's make with helping me get to sleep.

 I just got a really random phone call. 

A friend that moved away in early November just randomly calls me today and I haven't heard a single thing from him since the day he left and sent out txt messages stating such. 
He is playing the injured called about how I never stayed in contact with him and whatnot, what was I suppose to do. I didn't even know when he was leaving until that day and then after never received any word from him.

I don't know what I am going to do with this yet....maybe stay in contact with him but probably wont remain close to him. Although I really want to because of his Dad, he is the only constant paternal figure I've ever had in my life. 

We shall see what continues from here I suppose....

Why is that whenever I try and start over, turn over a new leaf, my past wont allow me?! 

I have decided for this year to focus on me and bettering myself, no guys or the drama that comes with hanging with certain people. I have finally caught interest in someone that I share a class with and we have run into each other rather frequently since I started school. We usually have one class together a year. Now that I am showing interest in him, my ex comes out of the woodwork wanting 'to talk'!!!!

He is all about, I miss you and worry about you. I haven't heard a word from you and I think about you a lot. 
(I don't believe it. Haven't heard a single peep from him, nothing, and now I get this shit.)

I haven't heard from said ex in over 2 months, before Thanksgiving and now he is blowing up my cell with text messages. I just don't have the patience nor the sanity to deal with him anymore. I put in over 3 years with nothing to get from it. I have deleted his number from my cell so I am not tempted to get in touch with him, whenever he txts me I always delete it right away so no temptation is at hand.

I'm not even talking to HIM anymore, not a word has been exchanged between us since he left a little after x-mas. We did txt each other after the New Year wishing each other a good year and whatnot but that is it.

Why, why why?!?!?!

I have decided to redo my room, paint and all!!!

So I started the Spring Semester yesterday, the first couple days are always a waste of time as it's nothing but handing out of papers and general introduction that is always boring.

Anyways, onward to the topic of my post today!!!!!
