HAVEN step it the fuck up. This post is no good, don't read it
You realize you need to be renewed, right my favorite show? Step it the fuck up. Seriously. You made us care about the three main characters so much last season and now you are like totally having these full episodes dedicated to failed minor characters the majority (i know some of you like Chris..LOL..I could barely type that) of passionate fans can't identify with.
I've never been very good at math, but you know a good chunk of at least the fangirly viewers want Audrey with Nathan or Duke so you take it upon yourselves to add random Chris? In your second season? NO HAVEN, NO! It doesn't matter that Chris probably didn't suck-he didn't honestly I just hated his forced relationship with Audrey-and him taking screentime away from the NATHANSFACE. Nathan and Audrey's little moments are what makes this show so very watchable, and without them I just become a bitter person who rushed home on a friday night to watch a television show.
OK enough general complaining thoughts on what I caught when i wasn't tweeting or reading May/Sarah's combined brilliance.
As for all the complaining above I am just genuinely pissed off at this show this season. I work so hard to get people to be as certifiable as me about it and how can I do that when I am feeling disappointed with it?
ANYWHO..
Nathan + Dwight = OTP. I seriously can not get enough of the Edge-he's fantastic, and the scene with Nathan, him, and that crossbow was a great start to the show.
The close talking between Nathan/Duke is what dreams are made of-although they should have made out-it was all dark and romantic, just saying.
ALL..that's right...ALL of the Nathan/Audrey scenes which are usually my favorite were completely forgettable for me. Sure they close talked, but damn..Chris was back and Audrey was all MY BOYFRIENDS back when Nathan has NEVER looked finer. His shirt with the few buttons at the top undone, bravo on your neck area bb. If I am using the HE CAN ONLY FEEL HER TOUCH line to get you new viewers they should touch EVERY EPISODE. I promise it will NEVER get old for us.
The new chief looked like an older version of patchy from lost.
The trouble and all the side story sort of confused me. So this chick was abused so she caused everyone to get this disease that made them look like Violet Beauregarde from Willy Wonka-bleed out and die. Evi got it..then Nathan touches her some point after and realizes he probably shouldn't have touched her shaking the disease off his handsome arms. LOL, stop being so adorable-it's making everyone else look bad.
OMG then what happened? UM..Evie died?
Sorry Duke. I wish I cared more when she croked. Eric Balfour did wonderful as usually with all his scenes--there was a scene earlier where he got real angry at Evi and screamed at her-I was aroused was my main reaction to angry Duke.
There was the scene where Nathan didn't get shot (THANK G*D)-but it turned out Dwight is like a magnet for bullets-cool. Glad he has a trouble too, makes me want him to be a regular even more.
SEE..Dwight is a character that really works--he is no threat to any romantic pairings really, he is likable, and I never feel like I miss Nathansface when he is on-granted most of his scenes are with Nathan, but still-I am sincere in my love for him.
So now Duke is gonna trust the REV, that makes complete sense

The CHRIS/AUDREY breakup-
It was super underwhelming as was their entire pointless relationship. PLEASE let this mean we can get back to what makes this show great next week? OTP---OT3
I am def not even a little convinced we are getting a third season. Syfy, which is no SCIFI IMO will replace it with ghosthunters 3d.
I will fight to the bitter end to get season 3, JUST TO KEEP NATHAN'S face which is the only constant thing that never ever disappoints me. That being said I am so scared right now this season with end with NO Nathan/Audrey-and if it gets canceled I am taking all my fridays back. Not sure how that will work.
Also if HAVEN isn't renewed I am deleting my twitter account. I am such a bitch on there--I mean probably no bitchier than on my LJ, but I like @message famous people and just am very fucking evil to them. I even know I am being a douche as I am doing it but it all happens in like slow motion, and I just can't stop myself. Does this happen to anyone else or is this a personal problem?
