These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PressPrimer website (pressprimer.com) and PressPrimer plugins. PressPrimer is a division of Ultimate Thrifting Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or using our plugins, you agree to these terms.

Licenses

Free Plugins

Our free plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or later). You may use, modify, and distribute them in accordance with that license.

Premium Plugins

When you purchase a premium plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your place. Your license and access to premium support remain valid while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, you will no longer receive updates, have access to premium support, and some premium features may be disabled.

Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Freemius. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. Residents of Canada will be charged HST.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all premium plugin purchases. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

After 14 days, refunds are granted only at our discretion and only up to 30 days following purchase.

Support

Support for premium plugins is provided via email and our Help Desk for customers with an active license. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Support includes assistance with plugin installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support does not include customization, third-party plugin conflicts, or general WordPress assistance.

Free plugins are provided without dedicated support, though we welcome bug reports and feedback.

Affiliate Program

By joining the PressPrimer Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms. We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes. Violation of these terms will result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions earned during the period of violation.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

To participate in the affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a natural person (not a bot or automated system)
• Provide your legal name, valid email address, and any other requested information
• Maintain only one affiliate account per person or legal entity

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your login credentials may not be shared with others.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 25% commission on new premium plugin purchases made through their referral links. Commissions are not earned on subscription renewals, upgrades, or your own purchases.

Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly, approximately 45-60 days after the transaction date. This delay ensures we are past the refund period before paying commissions. Payments are made around the 15th of each month for transactions from two months prior. For example, a sale on January 15 would be paid around March 15.

Commissions are paid via PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal account to receive payment. We may add additional payment methods in the future.

Minimum payout threshold: You must accumulate at least $50 USD in unpaid commissions before a payment will be issued. If your account never reaches this threshold, commissions will not be paid.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Misrepresent your relationship with PressPrimer, including claiming to have developed our products or to be affiliated with us beyond being an affiliate
• Use your own affiliate links to purchase products for yourself
• Promote coupon codes that are branded to or intended for another party
• Bid on pay-per-click (PPC) keywords that imply PressPrimer coupon codes or discounts are available, without prior written permission
• Use pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, cookie stuffing, or any hidden mechanism to set affiliate cookies without clear user intent
• Display “click for coupon” or similar messaging that sets cookies or redirects users when no actual coupon or deal exists

Affiliate cookies may only be set when a user takes a clear, intentional action—such as clicking a visible link—after being shown the offer details.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or redistribute premium plugin license keys or premium plugin code
• Misrepresent your affiliation with PressPrimer

Intellectual Property

PressPrimer, our logo, and our mascot are trademarks of Ultimate Thrifting Inc. All rights reserved.

Our plugins may include third-party open-source components, each subject to their respective licenses.

Third-Party Services

Our plugins may integrate with third-party services such as OpenAI. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for data loss, site downtime, or other damages resulting from the use of our products. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your WordPress site.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultimate Thrifting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using our premium plugins and delete all copies.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Freemius account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
