茨城県内で介護施設を運営する医療法人鳳香会と、このほどハラスメント問題、年俸制の職員に賞与が不支給であった問題について和解のはこびとなりました。法人はハラスメント問題の被害者に補償し、再発防止策を講じること、賞与が不支給であった年俸制の職員に対し、不利益変更することなく月給制の職員と同水準の賞与を支給することなどを合意しました。
