The Praxis Labs training  (the “Training”) in which you are participating is being conducted on behalf of your employer (the “Company”) by Praxis Labs (“Praxis Labs,” “we” or “us”). Participation in this Training is optional and entirely voluntary (there are no individual consequences if you choose not to respond).

By participating in this Training, you acknowledge and agree that Praxis Labs may perform one or more operations on (“Process”) data that you submit to us (“Data”).  You acknowledge and agree that you have read our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) at https://praxislabs.co/privacy and that you are aware of the uses for which we collect and Process your Data and your rights with respect to your Data as set forth in the Privacy Policy.  You hereby consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy, as well as our collection and Processing of your Data.

In utilizing or participating in the Training, you acknowledge and agree that you are accessing the Training as a representative or employee of the Company. As such, you understand and agree that your Data and your submission of such Data to us is subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy as applicable to the Company as a customer of Praxis Labs. Following your submission of Data to Praxis Labs as part of the Training, Praxis Labs will, on behalf of the Company, analyze your responses. Your responses are treated as confidential, and the results of the Training will be presented to the Company in aggregated form and will not include individual responses.

We collect the Data that you submit to Praxis for the following purposes:

• To provide, assess, and improve our customer support and customer service;
• To personalize your experience using our services;
• To fulfill a legal obligation or to protect our rights;
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations;
• To advise you of additional or new Services that may be of interest to you;
• To administer and manage service providers;
• To work with business partners;
• To improve and protect the integrity and security of our services;
• To send periodic communications (the contact information that you provide may be used to send you information, including marketing, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions); and
• For any other purpose for which you have been notified, and if legally required where appropriate consent has been obtained.

Data that you submit to us may be shared with third parties such as service providers, business partners and affiliated entities, among others. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DATA YOU SUBMIT OR THAT WE COLLECT AS PART OF THE TRAINING MAY BE SHARED “AS IS”, AS PROVIDED, WRITTEN OR STATED BY YOU, WHETHER ORALLY OR IN WRITING, AND MAY NOT BE EDITED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EDITING TO ANONYMIZE THE CONTENTS OF SUCH DATA OR REMOVE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT SUBMIT ANY DATA CONTAINING IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OF YOU OR OF ANY THIRD PARTY.

The Training is a confidential and proprietary Praxis Labs tool and you may not share it or any access credentials (e.g., login credentials and/or personalized URL) you have been provided with any other person. For questions about the Company’s participation in this Training, please contact the Company’s administrator.

You may have rights regarding your Data depending on where you are and where your Data is Processed. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have questions in this regard or if you wish to update your Data.

Praxis Labs may subsequently compile pseudonymized or aggregated Training responses into its benchmarking database for future use in research-based analyses within and across participating companies. As part of our commitment to transparency and security, please find a list of sub-processors that Praxis Labs engages.

 

What is a subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a vendor that provides functionality or capability to our existing platform that results in value to the customer.

 

What safeguards are in place for subprocessors?

• Due Diligence:
  • Praxis Labs uses a commercially reasonable risk-based selection process that requires evaluation of the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of all subprocessors.
• Contractual Safeguards:
  • Praxis Labs maintains contractual integrity by requiring all sub-processors sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This agreement sets forth a set of security measures, GDPR SCC’s, and other legal requirements.
• Continuous Review:
  • All subprocessors are considered critical vendors and are subject to our annual vendor review process.

• Customer Rights
  • Customers have the right to:
    • Be notified of new subprocessors.
      • This page will be updated within 30 days of introducing a new subprocessor.
