this week I had my first experience with Prairie Sun and Solar. Brendon was very willing to answer my questions when I called into the office. He was very knowledgeable and offered a technician to come to site and confirm our new solar system was properly activated, programmed, and working properly. I was amazed when the Technician called me that same afternoon, and came to site. Trevor( technician) reviewed the entire system, and completed the set up ( which the installing contractor did not do). He got the system connected to our computer system and confirmed proper operation after all of his inputs. Now Im confident all is working, and I can review the system operation from my computer. Thank You Brendon and Trevor. Your service and knowledge was second to none.

Would certainly recommend this company for your solar install. I had a line trenched across the backyard to connect the detached-garage's solar panels to the rest of the system and the install team only disturbed what was absolutely necessary. I was anticipating a giant mud mess but they handled the digging with precision and minimal garden impact! Great communication throughout the process & great tidy work.

We have had solar panels for quite a few years. A few months ago a section of them quit working. The company we had gotten them through had gone out of business. My 2018-ish SolarEdge Inverter/EV-Charger failed recently and had to be replaced. Seemed like a good time to get the charging cable, which was optional in 2018. My solar panel installer SkyFire Energy Edmonton didn't have stock, but their buddies at Prairie Sun Solar in Regina did. The order was submitted without drama on their website. Dylan at PSS was great to work with, communicating with me several times as the order was processed and fulfilled. I haven't installed the wall-mount for the cable yet, but you can see in the photo how it'll look when I'm done. Now I'm EV-ready if I ever buy an EV or hybrid, or sell the home to new owners who have an EV. Thanks Dylan and PSS !!

My dad had wanted solar panels on his house for years and finally went ahead when he found out about the Greener Homes federal rebate program. It was great working with Catlin on this project. We had shopped around for a few quotes but Prairie Sun Solar was the only one that stuck out. We got a very quick response and Catlin worked with us to understand the benefits of solar not just for the short term, but for the long term as well; including any potential future upgrades such as solar charging for electric vehicles.
The whole process from start to finish was smooth and communication was great! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly addressed. The pricing was very competitive with other quotes we received, if not even better for the service we got! Catlin also worked with us around the Greener Homes program!

We've noticed the panels shed snow pretty well, even after large snow falls, so no need to manually clear them. We also love the mobile app that allows us to monitor the power generation from the panels! My project was an annually energy-neutral system on a residential property in a rural municipality, something like 14-15000kwh. Prairie Sun Solar was very patient and worked with me through all steps including discovering solar options, questions and concerns, learning about the technology, planning for long term viability on my home and my roofing update options, planning for bi directional metering to input back into the grid, permits, install, follow-up, and inspection. I even have upgrade options for the future if I need. They helped me apply for available grants and answered all my grant questions as well. Truly an all-inclusive experience. Price was competitive. System works well. No safety concerns or challenges. Cleaned up after the job was complete. Friendly, responsive, professional team, knowledgeable, patient, and completed the work as arranged. High recommendations.

Trevor and Brenden at Prairie Sun Solar are, quite simply, the best you'll find anywhere. We have had a few problems with two previous contractors, and I only wish we'd had Prairie Sun do our initial install. They responded immediately to solve our problem. Trevor came out the very same day, and he was so professional, knowledgeable, competent, personable, and dedicated to fixing our problem -- which he did! I am so grateful for their immediate help at a very stressful time for us. This level of professional care is incredibly rare in this world, but the guys at Prairie Sun Solar are the real deal.

We had solar installed this summer, and they were excellent to deal with during the entire process. Very friendly and professional, and they helped us understand the benefits of the system, and what was the best fit.
Overall, the system was very reasonably priced, and my father also had the same system installed on his house.
They were so great to deal with, and we loved seeing the benefits so much, that we added some additional panels before the end of the Summer to maximize our benefits and savings. So, we ended up using them 3 times!

We have a solar system installed by another company. I wasn't able to get a response from them regarding some concerns I was having. I was so thankful I reached out to Prairie Sun Solar. Brenden was so understanding and generous with his time and knowledge. I was hoping I might be able to get a few answers but I definitely did not expect to receive such thorough, excellent customer service from a company I had not even purchased from. He was so patient to work with me over the phone to get the monitoring app running again and even took the time to follow up later that everything was looking good. If you are looking for a company that provides excellent, friendly customer service I would already highly recommend. I am so thankful that I know where I can receive assistance with my system if needed in the future.
