Using CSS to get expandable cell
I usually have no problem with Firefox, but here is a rare instance of IE displaying a table with image slices correctly and Firefox adding space where I seemingly have none. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Reasons for the problem may be that I have a cell in the table that acts as an expandable cell so that one can adjust the window and it will widen to keep the header at 98% of the window. Also, there is a text box and a menu box inside... -

IE problem with opening Pop up window
Hi,
I am trying to open a pop-up window (once the user clicks on a thumbnail) that is the exact dimension of the larger image. The code behind the page is being generated automatically by DreamWeaver.
What's confounding me is that the function works in Mozilla but IE complains that there is an error on the page and refuses to open the larger window.

Great thanks! This will work- however, I was thinking more in terms of an automatically generated list of sorts generated by Dream Weaver. Something likw what comes up when say I want to update pages based on a template and it asks me if I want to modify all files that use that particular template....Leave a comment:

I see the text sliding off below the text content area- it happened randomly when I went to the site initially- but later stopped happening.
I have encountered similar rendering problems and the same pattern as well - it takes a couple of times before Mozilla starts rendering CSS based content correctly.
Not sure what CSS you are defining but it is probably something inherent in the way Mozilla implements it- otherwise...Leave a comment:

Underlining text using CSS
Hi, I am new to the forum.
I wanted to know if there's any way in which I can underline a phrase in a webpage using CSS. I tried using "text-decoration:unde rline;" but it looks like that works only with hyperlinks. Any suggestions/advice is greatly appreciated.
