"I recently bought a new USED tower with a fresh CLEAN install of Win 10 Pro x64. I have an SSD drive as my main drive and a regular 7200 HD for storage.
I have been getting this error code ONLY when I reboot my PC and open reaper. I have kept the PC on most of the time but lately have shut it down a couple of times and have noticed this error....
I have googled it but I do not see any solutions from 2017 or on....Anyone know what...
