there's have 3 forms
every each form have a button
how can tag those button to the last button
using if else to insert data in mysql
ex.
in 1st form (button1 = "REGULAR", button2 = "PRIORITY")
2nd form (button1 = "PAYMENT", button2 = "CLEARANCE" )
3rd form (textboxstudent number,textboxn ame,textboxamou nt, button...
