It could also be an ISP issue. If the site admins can't help, contact the ISP. Also, is the upload restriction limited to just this site/page? Are there any other pages with upload functionality that you can test on the same domain? Any other domain? -
If you really want to start, just start. Head over to w3schools and go through the first few pages of each language until you decide which one you're picking up easily. The truth is, by the time you're done with one language you'll realize that maybe there's another language which is better for certain other types of programs.. and eventually you'll be hopping on to those as well.

it's not really about what you 'should' do, but what you 'want' to do. there's no rule of thumb for programming, it is not a narrow field anymore.

you could also try some recovery/undelete software on the pendrive. If you haven't over-written it with anything since, chances are the data would still be there.Leave a comment:
