I am initiating a project aimed at a web based UI for system management. The target users are skilled telecom professionals and the objective is to provision complex telco grade applications. The app requires complex 2 way event handling (Comet).

So here is the question :

Which presentation tech should i go for ?

1) Ajax (The in thing today)
2) Flex / Silverlight.
