I am sorry to insist with the same thing.
I need to change the file .wav to .txt or binary because I am working in processing of medical signal. I can not use this type of file in my processing and I cannot re-called the file simply.
The file in .wav was acquired by a microphone so it is a sonorous (analogy) signal and has to convert this in its equivalent value of binary or txt. It is the only form that I can work in my application....

I have a file wav and want to transform it (change this one) in binary file or text using VB.
Nowadays I am using for my applications the visual Basic 2003
