    Change Cursor in .NET????

    Ok.

I just switched to VB.net, and well, everything seemed find. .NET took
care of buffering, and some nice DirectX features. The code formating
is usless, just a pain to get it way I like it.

But here comes my problem. How do I change the Cursor image???. This
is getting really anoying, and well I have a deadline in two days. lol

So if you have some idea....send it along.

In VB6 this was easy....but I've wasted a day trying to find this and
I can't lose much more time...

Thanks in advance....even if nothing happens

    Hi,

If you mean the mouse pointer, it's Me.Cursor =
System.Windows. Forms.Cursors.A ppStarting or whichever you want.
You can load custom cursors with the System.Windows. Forms.Cursor namespace.

        Hey,

I have had the same problem for a very long time. Do you think you
could give me an example of using this?

        Thanks,

          Hi,

I've had this same problem for a long time now. Could you give an
example of how to use this code?

          Thanks,

What I mean is can you give me a complete line of code. That would work.

              Thanks,

This thread is starting to get long, so I thought I'd chime in with a
reminder along the lines of the one in your first posting...

Almost everybody in this newsgroup is using VB6 or lower. While you may
get a stray answer to VB.NET questions here, you should ask them in
newsgroups devoted exclusively to .NET programming. Look for newsgroups
with either the word "dotnet" or "vsnet" in their name.

For the microsoft news server, try these newsgroups...

                    microsoft.publi c.dotnet.genera l
                    microsoft.publi c.dotnet.langua ges.vb
                    microsoft.publi c.vsnet.general

There are some others, but these should get you started.
