    Which process accessed the file ?

    Hi everybody.

    I'm writing a tool that will let me monitor a specific file for updates.
    It's quite easy, using FileSystemWatch er, to get an event when ever the file
    is being accessed, but how do I find which process is responsible for the
    event ?
