When you post, please always keep to the Posting Guidelines and if you should post code, please post it in [code] ... [/code] tags.

As I see, you've already (probably without realizing) broken the rules - you should only post your request in one forum, you however have posted yours in 5! (In the Cafe, the Perl Forum, the .NET Forum, the Misc Forum and here, in the Software Developement Forum) Please do not do that any more, one post should be more than enough. If you don't know where to post it, put it in the Misc Forum and ask the Moderators to move it to a different place if they think it more apropriate. This one mistake is not that bad, but please keep to the rules in future.
Also, you will have to give more details - for example, what do you want to parse the MIF files to?

This is also an inappropriate question to ask as it is not asking for help with a problem, but is asking for someone to teach you from scratch.
