SEO is not a standard or exact procedure to follow. If you know the algorithm of each search spider it is easier, but still difficult. In other words there are no steps you can take when doing SEO. However this site might help you: http://www.sempo.org/home

Google's spiders will crawl on your site on their own, you don't have to submit it to Google. SEO is not a specific thing, its not a science. The best thing you can do to get better search engine results is to follow standard W3C coding practices and have lots of good content that everyone will be interested in. Then people will be more interested in your page which will in turn help your search engine results which in turn will make more people interested in your site. Its the circle of web life.

When google re-indexes your page they will update their information.
