    Upgrading Kernel

    Hi there..

    I tryed to upgrade my Linux kernel from 2.4 to 2.6.18.3

    The problem is :

    When i tryed to use mkinitrd, the error occured : Can not buslogic for version 2.6.18.3..

    Any one could help me, please...

      Which distro are you currently using? If you are on RedHat / Fedora Core kindly refer to below attached link for further reading & understanding, hope it helps. Good luck & Take care.
