Help on Basic JSP

Hi...
In Some of the systems, I am unable to save the JSP files with the extension of .jsp. But it can save it as .JSP instead .jsp. What may be the reason for this problem?. Kindly reply me.

That should not be the case, Where from do you save the file with extension?
Try "filename.j sp" from notepad. I believe this could be due to any IDE or tool you are using.
