Solution: URL.getPath() vs. URL.getFile()

found the solution myself:
getFile() returns path + query
example:

http://posting.google.com/post?cmd=post&name=myName

getFile() returns
post?cmd=post&n ame=myName

getPath() only
post

i solved my problem copying the split of getFile() from URL
implementation in 1.3 to my code.
