The title of the research is The Influence of The Consumer Loan Service on Loan Customer’s Satisf... more The title of the research is The Influence of The Consumer Loan Service on Loan Customer’s Satisfaction in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Medan. The purpose of this research was to determinethe influence of the serviced by Consumer Loan Service to loan customer’s satisfaction. The data used in this research were primary and secondary data. The primary data is obtained from the feed back given by loan customer’s at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Medan and secondary data is obtained from the number of loan customer’s, company profile, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Medan. Data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires and documentation.Based on the research of 88 respondents that was analyzed by using correlation coefficient and simple linear regression, obtained r= 0.774, it shows a strong correlation between two variables. The determination coefficient shows that the loan costumer’s satisfaction (Y) is 59,8% in which it is influenced by the sevice performed by Consumer Loan Service (X) and the rest is 40,2% influenced by other factors.
