今のヨーロッパ諸国を見ているとその異常さに呆れます。
ひたすら戦争継続！何が何でもロシアに勝たせてはならない！
ウクライナ紛争に関して独自の視点から記事を書く「塩原俊彦」氏の最新記事を読んで納得しました。
ロシアの外国資産は約３０００億─３５００億ドルと言われています。150円換算なら45兆円～52・5兆円です。
このほとんどがヨーロッパに預けられています。
もうすでにヨーロッパ諸国は、ここからウクライナ支援の資金を流用しています。
それは、穏当すぎる言い方で実際は「窃盗」です。戦争当事国でもないヨーロッパがロシア資産を凍結する法律的根拠は何もありません。「赤信号、みんなで渡れば怖くない」式の半分、窃盗準備行為です。しかし、これを大っぴらにやれば湾岸諸国などの資産は、ヨーロッパから逃げ出すと思います。
それが怖いから盗む訳にもいきません。
そこで返さなくて良い方法を考えました。
ロシアが戦争で負ければ敗戦国の資産を押収できます。
ロシアが戦争で勝てなければ、屁理屈を付けて返還を拒否できます。
ヨーロッパ諸国が考えているのは、ロシア資産の強奪であることになります。
こう考えるとヨーロッパが、どれだけ双方で戦死者が出ようと、どれだけウクライナの国土が破壊されようと戦争継続に「異常に！」熱心（と言うより血眼）な理由が分かります。
「金の亡者」になり切っていると言うわけです。
だからトランプ政権が停戦仲介をしようとしても聞く関係者は誰もいないと言う事です。流石に馬鹿らしくなったようでトランプ氏も最近は、投げ槍気味です。トランプ氏としては米ロの緊張が高まり直接戦争のリスクを回避できれば、とりあえずはＯＫ！と言う事だろうと思います。
そのような事情でウクライナ紛争は終わる目途が立たなくなりました。
結局、ロシアが財政的に行き詰まって戦争継続を諦めるか、ウクライナが軍事的に行き詰まって戦争継続を諦めるかの状況が生まれない限り戦争は終わりそうもありません。
その間、ヨーロッパ諸国はロシア資産を張摺り続けることが出来ます。
ほんと！ヨーロッパと言うのは「ズルイ！」国の寄り集まりです。
ロシアが戦争に勝ってヨーロッパに懲罰を与えるのが「世界のためには良い事！」のように最近思えてきました。
