How many people can sleep in the Villa?
The Villa can host up to 14 guests in our 7 bedrooms (6 double beds, 1 bunkbeds).
We also offer 2 baby cots for children up to 3 years old.
The Villa is perfectly designed also for smaller groups.
What is the minimum stay?
From June to mid-September, the minimum stay is 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.
During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Please contact us if you have different travel needs.
What is the cancellation policy?
50% payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival receive a full refund.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

How far is the closest town/grocery area?
We are surrounded by greenery, yet in 5 minutes by car you can reach many areas of interest such as grocery stores and supermarkets, pharmacies, the towns of Salò and San Felice, tennis and golf courts and much more.
How fare is the Lake from the Villa?
We are very close to the Lake. In 5 mins drive you can reach the beautiful beaches of Salò and San Felice, as well as the port of Portese where all the ferries and taxi boats stop.
Are dogs allowed? Is the property entirely fenced?
Yes, pets are welcome at the Villa upon prior notice. We can also arrange dog-sitting services if needed.
Do you provide housekeeping during your staying?
Mid-week cleaning service and linen change is included for 7 nights staying. Extra cleaning service is available on request.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included. We work with private chefs who can also offer breakfast service and/or delivery of fresh and seasonal products.
Do we need a car during our staying?
Given our exclusive location, we highly recommend renting a car for getting around, even though everything is within easy reach. Taxis are available in the area, but they aren’t always available (especially for short trips). We can help you book a car and arrange transfers to/from the airport/train station.
