Proses anodisasi dalam larutan H2SO4 digunakan guna mempersiapkan lapisan anodik aluminium oksida (AAO) untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pewarnaan dengan metode dyeing. Pengaruh rapat arus dan waktu celup anodisasi terhadap permukaan hasil pewarnaan serta ketahanan korosi logam aluminium di investigasi dalam penelitian ini. Spesimen aluminium murni dilakukan proses anodisasi dalam larutan 16% H2SO4 dengan rapat arus 1, 3, dan 5 A/dm2 selama 40 dan 60 menit untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pencelupan ke dalam larutan dyeing non elektrolitik. Hasil pewarnaan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penyerapan zat warna paling tinggi dalam parameter rapat arus 3 A/dm2. Kendala bagi pengguna SPSS adalah harga yang sangat mahal karena SPSS merupakans paket software kompleks dan pengoperasiannya yang sulit. Berdasarkan kendala tersebut, maka perlu dibuat sebuah rancang bangun Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Statistik dengan Metode Korelasi Pearson Product Moment yang mudah digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Komposit terdiri dari matrik sebagai pengikat dan filler sebagai pengisi komposit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kondisi optimum ketangguhan impact komposit polyester serat kulit pohon waru dan filler sekam padi mengguakan metode response surface. Pengujian yang dilakukan untuk pembuatan cetakan dengan ukuran spesimen mengacu pada standar uji impact ASTM D256. Spesimen uji dicetak dengan metode Hand lay up dan compaction dengan komposisi serat yaitu 35,86%, 40%, 50%, 60% dan 64,14% dengan filler 10,76%, 12%, 15%, 18% dan 19,24% dan serat yang digunakan adalah serat pohon kulit waru dengan filler sekam padi. Hasil analisis menggunakan response surface didapat kondisi terbaik adalah pada fraksi volume serat 64,245% dan fraksi volume filler 15,2928% dengan ketangguhan impact 3,5267 N/mm². Metode permukaan response merupakan metode efisien digunakan untuk menentukan taraf-taraf perubahan bebas yang dapat mengoptimalkan response.

The gallium nitride (GaN) films were grown on molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) layers via plasma-assis... more The gallium nitride (GaN) films were grown on molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) layers via plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PA-MBE). The heterostructures of the GaN film were studied using reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED) and HR-XRD. The heterostructures of GaN/MoS2/sapphire were revealed through cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The surface texture of the GaN films was analyzed using FE-SEM. Single-crystal heterostructure GaN films can be obtained on 2D MoS2/c-sapphire. The RHEED demonstrated spot patterns with high intensity showing the single crystal structure constructed in the GaN films. The GaN films on the surface exhibited a hexagonal structure. TEM images taken perpendicular to the surface revealed that, even after 60 minutes of epitaxial growth, the thickness of the GaN films remained consistent at approximately 4 nm. The droplet epitaxy of indium gallium nitride quantum dots (InGaN QDs), the formation of In–Ga al... more The droplet epitaxy of indium gallium nitride quantum dots (InGaN QDs), the formation of In–Ga alloy droplets in ultra-high vacuum and then surface nitridation by plasma treatment, is firstly investigated by using plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy. During the droplet epitaxy process, in-situ reflection high energy electron diffraction patterns performs the amorphous In–Ga alloy droplets transform to polycrystalline InGaN QDs, which are also confirmed by the characterizations of transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The substrate temperature, In–Ga droplet deposition time, and duration of nitridation are set as parameters to study the growth mechanism of InGaN QDs on Si. Pada tahun 2020 ini, Unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Politeknik Negeri Jakarta ditugaskan untuk mencapai sasaran program tersebut melalui penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pendekatan berbasis interdisiplin. Hingga saat ini, budidaya ikan lele sangat mudah di dalam pengelolaan dan pemeliharaannya, akan tetapi masalah yang muncul adalah adanya kenaikan untuk harga pakan ikan lele, masalah memasarkannya dan masih terbatasnya teknologi dan keterampilan dalam pembudidayaan ikan lele tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan PPTTG ini adalah adanya pedampingan kepada masyarakat dalam mencegah terjangkitnya penyakit pada ikan lele, memasarkan hasil panen ikan lele kepada pembeli baik secara offline maupun online, dan memberikan pengetahuan serta keterampilan pengelolaan budidaya ikan lele dengan teknologi yang mudah. The FCC furnace is where the combustion process occurs and provides high heat transfer throughout the FCC system, especially for heating the reactor. The cracking temperature of the catalyst depends on the feed oil used in the cracking process, such as crude palm oil at 450‒550 °C or crude bio-oil at 300 °C.
