This week, we have:
Portfolio automation on DevNTell
An AI hackathon
A job as a protocol engineer

This week on DevNTell, we will be joined by Brian Huang, Co-Founder of Glider. Glider eliminates complexities; it is a unified platform that gives you the control, clarity, and speed to design and manage automated portfolios without compromise. Glider is a seamless layer between your conviction and the market.
As the world's assets move onchain in the coming years, Glider is focused on giving users control in a way that traditional players cannot: permissionless and non-custodial.
This episode is a must-watch, as viewers will learn about Glider, some of the latest alpha features on the platform, and how to get started.

Last week on DevNTell, we had Mac Budkowski, an experienced founder and web3 startup consultant who has worked on communications projects for companies like Intel, IKEA, Pfizer, PepsiCo, and MasterCard, and has also helped web3 companies grow in the Ethereum ecosystem.
Mac discussed the Go-to-Market Strategy for Crypto Startups and how Web3 Teams can acquire users. Relived the episode on our Spotify and Apple podcast and mint it on Pods.

Attackers drained approximately $26 million in Ether from Truebit's smart contracts on January 8, causing the TRU token to collapse by 100% and marking the first major crypto exploit of 2026. Security experts warn that the protocol faces a difficult road ahead, as nearly 80% of projects never fully recover their value or user trust following such devastating security breaches.
Polymarket faces its first state-level cease-and-desist from Tennessee, weeks after the US relaunch
The Tennessee Sports Wagering Council has issued cease-and-desist orders to Polymarket, Kalshi, and Crypto.com, demanding they stop offering sports-based event contracts to state residents by January 31, 2026. Regulators claim these platforms are operating as unlicensed sportsbooks in violation of state law, while Kalshi has already filed a federal lawsuit to fight the "unlawful" attempt to block its federally regulated exchange.
Crypto scammer linked to world’s largest seizure of weight loss drugs
A Guardian investigation has linked Fasial Tariq, co-founder of the controversial Paradox Metaverse crypto project, to a Northampton warehouse that was the site of the world's largest seizure of illegal weight-loss drugs. Authorities raided the facility in late 2025, recovering approximately £250,000 worth of unlicensed "Godzilla" weight-loss jabs, along with manufacturing equipment and raw chemicals.
