Project Description<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
The Boot is a mixed-use project consisting of two 35-storey towers both standing on a large podium. One tower consists of 303 apartments of various configurations of one-bed and two-bed units, and the other tower is a Marriott Residence Inn with 390 guest rooms. The podium spaces below the apartment tower contain a ground floor lobby and 7,200 sq. ft. of retail space, and four levels of above-grade parking for residents, housing 198 cars. Below these podium levels is two levels of parking, housing 208 cars, intended for commercial rent to hotel guests, retail customers, and visitors to the apartment tower. The project location is on the former site of the Alberta Boot Company.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
