I talked with Matt Pavlovich about the recent release of 6.1.7, and we also talked bout 6 in general, and what’s on the roadmap for the future.

Apache ActiveMQ is “Flexible & Powerful Open Source Multi-Protocol Messaging.” In this episode I speak with four members of the project – Jean-Baptiste Onofre, Justin Bertram, Matt Pavlovich and Clebert Suconic – about what that means, and what’s new in the project.
In preparation for the recording, I also discovered that we did an interview with ActiveMQ back in 2007, in Episode 27 with David Reid and James Strachan. It’s interesting to compare the project then with now.
