Update category and tags classes when they're changed

Any option that might affect the lay out and content of the page should trigger a refresh when it's updated.
Most important are post formats.

I've been thinking about this and it might be better not to refresh. It would mean autosaving content with post_meta and taxonomies and refreshing the page every time the modal closes.
For post formats we can change the class, and maybe for categories and other taxonomies too.
