Tagging 1.5.1. Security fixes, WPCS compliance, Option migration, and Uninstall script.

Enhancement: Option name migrated from 'jss_scroll_to_top_image' to 'jamify_jquery_smooth_scroll_image' with auto-migration logic.
Fix: Added uninstall.php to properly clean up options on deletion.
Security: Hardened direct access checks in PHP files.
Enhancement: Renamed main class to 'Jamify_Jquery_Smooth_Scroll' (with backward compatibility alias) and applied WPCS formatting.
Enhancement: Various code improvements and DocBlock updates.
