01. What's the difference between Annual and Lifetime licenses?

The Annual license includes 1 year of updates and priority support. The Lifetime license is a single payment that includes lifetime updates (new features, fixes) and 1 year of priority support.

02. What happens if my Annual license expires?

When your Annual license expires and you do not renew, the PRO plugin will automatically revert to the Free version. All PRO features (like Save/Load, Custom Watermark, Advanced Calculations) will be deactivated until you renew your subscription. The core free features will continue to work.

03. How do I upgrade from the Free version?

You can buy the PRO version directly from this page, or from your WordPress admin panel by clicking the ‘Pricing’ or ‘Upgrade’ tab inside the PlanWiseWP plugin. Freemius handles the switch automatically.

04. What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are securely processed by Freemius, which accepts all major credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal.

05. What is "split-licensing"?

The free version is 100% GPL. The PRO version’s PHP code is also GPL, but the core business logic is under a commercial license, which you receive upon purchase.
