Craete and accordion from editor

For backwards compatibility, if this section is missing, the full length of the short description will be used, and
Markdown parsed.

Install the plugin
A new icon will appear on the editor toolbar
Click on the icon to insert accrodion
Type in title and description on the box
Currently supports only one accordion per editor
Should delete the previous to add new (will be fixed soon )
