Adds an Excerpt Length field setting to the Reading Settings section of your WordPress dashboard. This setting allows you to specify the number of words that you want to display in the <a href="https://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/the_excerpt" rel="external">the_excerpt()</a> function.

Instalacja

Download the plugin zip file.
Upload the change-excerpt-length folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
Navigate to Settings Reading and set your desired excerpt length.

Why did you create this plugin?: Previously, changing the excerpt length required either editing core files (formatting.php), adding a filter to functions.php in your theme, or using another plugin that might require additional configuration.
