Scope of These Terms
These Membership Terms and Conditions govern paid membership access to downloadable resources made available by Pixelbuddha through its membership library.
Pixelbuddha may also offer free accounts or free content. Unless expressly stated otherwise, free accounts do not include the rights, access, or licensing benefits of paid membership plans.
Membership Plans
Pixelbuddha offers paid membership plans, including Plus and Pro, which may be available on a monthly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime basis.
A membership becomes active once payment is successfully processed. Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the applicable renewal date or unless payment cannot be successfully processed. Lifetime memberships are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
Access to the Membership Library
While your membership is active, you may access and download resources available under your current plan.
If your membership is canceled, expires, or is otherwise terminated, your access to the membership library and your ability to make new membership downloads end on the effective termination date of your active plan.
Termination of access does not revoke rights already validly granted through recorded download or re-download events that occurred while an eligible paid plan was active.
License Grant by Plan and Download Event
Each initial download, and each qualifying re-download, of a resource is a separate licensing event.
A resource downloaded while Plus is active is licensed under the Standard Commercial License.
A resource downloaded while Pro is active is licensed under the Extended Commercial License.
If the same resource was previously downloaded under Plus and is later re-downloaded while Pro is active, that later Pro re-download grants the Extended Commercial License for that resource from the date of the later re-download, provided that the re-download is recorded in the user’s download history.
The earlier Plus download remains part of the user’s historical record. The later Pro re-download does not erase, rewrite, or backdate the earlier Plus licensing event.
An upgrade from Plus to Pro does not, by itself, change the license status of a resource previously downloaded under Plus unless and until a qualifying Pro re-download occurs.
Effect of Multiple Recorded Downloads for the Same Resource
The same resource may appear more than once in a user’s download history if it is downloaded or re-downloaded under different plans at different times.
Where a resource has more than one recorded licensing event, the user may rely on the broadest rights validly granted for that resource through the recorded download history, beginning on the date those broader rights were granted.
A later downgrade, cancellation, expiration, or lower-tier re-download does not reduce broader rights already validly granted for that resource through an earlier recorded higher-tier licensing event.
Download History and License Records
Pixelbuddha may maintain a download history, license certificate, or similar record showing the date of each download or re-download, the membership plan active at that time, and the license granted for the relevant resource.
These records form part of the licensing history of the user’s account and are not retroactively rewritten to match a later change in membership status.
Where Pixelbuddha makes prior downloads, re-downloads, or download history available to the user, such access is provided for convenience and recordkeeping. A re-download changes the license status of a resource only if it occurs while a qualifying plan is active and is recorded by Pixelbuddha as a new licensing event.
Continued Use After Cancellation, Expiration, or Downgrade
If a membership ends, the user may continue to use resources that were validly downloaded or re-downloaded while the membership was active, subject to the license granted through the relevant recorded licensing event.
Resources that were only ever downloaded under Plus remain subject to the Standard Commercial License, unless a later qualifying Pro re-download grants broader rights.
Resources that were downloaded or re-downloaded under Pro remain subject to the Extended Commercial License granted through that Pro licensing event, even if the user later downgrades to Plus or the Pro membership later ends.
A user’s current membership status does not retroactively narrow, revoke, or invalidate rights already validly granted for prior recorded downloads.
Lifetime Memberships
Lifetime memberships are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
Each download or re-download made while a lifetime membership is active follows the same licensing rules as any other active paid plan.
A resource downloaded under lifetime Plus is licensed under the Standard Commercial License, unless and until a later qualifying Pro re-download grants broader rights.
A resource downloaded or re-downloaded under lifetime Pro is licensed under the Extended Commercial License from the date of the applicable Pro licensing event.
Applicable License Agreement
These Membership Terms and Conditions govern membership access, plan status, download timing, and the effect of recorded download history.
The scope of permitted use for each resource is governed by the applicable license agreement in effect for the recorded licensing event for that resource, including the Standard Commercial License or Extended Commercial License, as applicable.
If there is any inconsistency between a user’s current membership status and the recorded licensing history for a resource, the recorded licensing event controls the plan-based license status for that resource.
Account Use and Sharing
Membership accounts are personal to the account holder and may not be shared, sublicensed, transferred, or made available to unrelated third parties.
If a membership is purchased on behalf of a company, the account may be used only by that company and its direct employees acting for the company’s internal business purposes, unless Pixelbuddha agrees otherwise in writing.
If you represent an educational institution and require broader classroom or institutional usage arrangements, please contact Pixelbuddha directly.
Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly permitted under the applicable license agreement, you may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, publish, repackage, or otherwise make any resource available as a standalone file or source asset to any third party.
This includes uploading membership resources to file-sharing services, stock marketplaces, asset repositories, or similar platforms for separate distribution, resale, or download by others.
You may not misrepresent the license status of any resource or claim rights that are not supported by the recorded licensing history for that resource.
Library Availability
Pixelbuddha may add, remove, replace, suspend, or reorganize resources in the membership library at any time.
Changes to library availability do not alter rights already validly granted through prior recorded licensing events.
Support
Pixelbuddha provides support by email for billing, account access, download history, and general questions relating to membership resources.
Technical assistance relating to third-party software, customization, implementation, or production issues may be provided at Pixelbuddha’s discretion.
Compatibility and Disclaimer
All resources are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Pixelbuddha does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free files, or compatibility with every software version, operating environment, or workflow.
Any compatibility information provided on a product page reflects Pixelbuddha’s best knowledge at the time of publication and is not a guarantee of compatibility with all past or future software versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixelbuddha is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the membership service or downloaded resources.
Refunds and Cancellation
Refund requests are reviewed individually in accordance with applicable law, payment-provider rules, and the nature of the digital access already delivered.
Recurring memberships may be canceled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not revoke rights already validly granted through prior recorded licensing events.
Where a payment provider requires separate cancellation steps, the user is responsible for completing those steps. If the user is unsure whether a cancellation is complete, the user should contact support.
Lifetime memberships are non-recurring purchases and remain subject to these Terms and the applicable license agreement for each resource downloaded or re-downloaded under the plan.
Contact Support
If you have questions about billing, membership access, download history, or license records, please contact Pixelbuddha support at [email protected].
One final consistency check before publishing: if your standalone license page uses slightly different official names than Standard Commercial License and Extended Commercial License, replace those labels here everywhere so the legal naming matches exactly.
