Founder of Pivot Sport Medicine and Pivot Dancer, a global platform dedicated to dancer health and performance, Dinah combines her years of classical ballet training with her clinical expertise to deliver highly specialized care. She’s known for her sharp eye in assessing movement, pointe shoe fit, and foot mechanics, as well as creating innovative resources for dancers.

Dinah has been part of medical teams at the Olympic, Paralympic, Pan Am, Canada, and World University Games, and has supported sports including fencing, gymnastics, rugby, water polo, swimming, cycling, and more. She also serves as faculty at the University of Toronto’s Department of Physical Therapy, where she mentors and trains future physiotherapists.

Her special clinical focus blends orthopaedic and pelvic floor assessment for a complete approach to muscular patterning. She has found pelvic floor training for pediatric enuresis, men’s health, and women’s health, from pregnancy through menopause, deeply rewarding.
