The Widgets Page is where you take full control over the PistonUI library. By managing which widgets are active, you can significantly speed up your site and keep the Elementor editor organized by loading only what you need.
Core Functionality #
Each widget in PistonUI is modular. You have the power to:
- Enable/Disable Individually: Use the toggle switch next to any widget (e.g., Sliding Hero, TikTok Videos, or Posts Grid) to activate or deactivate it instantly.
- Improve Performance: Deactivating unused widgets prevents unnecessary scripts and styles from loading, resulting in faster page speeds and a cleaner Elementor panel.
- Real-time Editor Sync: Once a widget is disabled here, it will no longer appear in your Elementor editor, reducing clutter while you build.
Section Master Toggles #
To make bulk management easier, each widget category features a Master Toggle located in the top-right corner of the section header.
- Core Widgets Master Toggle: Quickly enable or disable the entire suite of standard UI elements like Accordions, Promo Banners, and Feature Cards.
- WooCommerce Widgets Master Toggle: Instantly manage all e-commerce specific tools, such as the Product Slider, Quick Cart, and Category Showcase.
Use Case: If you are building a non-e-commerce site, you can use the WooCommerce Master Toggle to disable all shop-related widgets in one click, instantly optimizing your workflow.
