The User Reviews widget is an essential social proof tool for any website. It allows you to showcase customer testimonials and feedback in a clean, professional layout, helping to build trust with new visitors and increase conversion rates.
1. Content Settings #
The Content Tab is where you manage the data and structure of your reviews.
- Review Items: Add, edit, or remove individual reviews. For each review, you can customize:
- Reviewer Image: Upload a profile picture for the customer.
- Reviewer Name: Enter the name or handle of the customer.
- Reviewer Designation: Add a subtitle like “Verified Buyer” or “Developer.”
- Rating: Set a star rating from 1 to 5 (supports decimal ratings like 4.5).
- Review Content: A dedicated text area for the testimonial, including a “Write with AI” button for refining copy.
- Layout Options:
- Columns: Choose how many reviews to display per row (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 columns).
- Alignment: Align the review text and metadata to the Left, Center, or Right.
2. Styling & Appearance #
The Style Tab gives you full control over the aesthetic of your review cards.
Card & Container #
- Background: Set a custom background color or gradient for the review cards.
- Border & Shadow: Add borders or subtle box-shadows to make the reviews “pop” from the page background.
- Padding & Spacing: Adjust the internal padding of the cards and the gap between individual reviews.
Typography & Icons #
- Star Color: Customize the color of the active (filled) and inactive (empty) rating stars.
- Text Styling: Independent typography settings (font family, size, weight) for:
- Reviewer Name
- Designation
- Review Content
- Image Styling: Adjust the size of the reviewer’s profile picture and apply a Border Radius (e.g., set to 50% for circular photos).

If you have a long list of reviews, consider using a Carousel layout (available via the Logo Slider or similar global settings) to save vertical space while still showcasing multiple testimonials.
