From Our Family to Yours, Welcome to Pinch Spice Market!

We’re so thrilled you’re here! We’re a family owned and operated organic spice company based in Louisville, KY (originally we started at a storefront and at farmers market in Chicago).

At Pinch, we don’t have a typical retail storefront. We’re an online shop and ship herbs, spices, salts and seasonings fast all over the USA. Most orders are shipped out the same or next day. For those who live in Louisville KY, we offer free local pickup at our Portland neighborhood spice factory (just select that at checkout).

We source the highest grade organic spices from direct and fair-trade farmers we trust and know in the United States and across the globe. We’re proud to have visited many of our spice farmer partners. High quality, certified organic spices matter a lot to us, and we continuously search the world to bring you the very best.

Pinch is way different than your typical grocery store spices or spice shop. Our spices are certified organic and have no fillers or additives and are tested regularly for things like heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium), biologicals/pathogens (like salmonella), and fillers and dyes. All of our spices are also gluten free and we do not handle items with gluten on our factory floor. For folks with special dietary needs, we offer super tasty blends that are vegan and vegetarian, salt-free, sugar-free, garlic-free and garlic and onion-free.
