I meant to make this post yesterday, but my mind, it does slip.

Yesterday? Was a really awesome day. I got the character designs and storyboards back from the artist for that comic I wrote, and they are just perfect and I am so excited. I played Metroid Prime 3 until I was blue in the face, and went through one of the most exhilarating sequences of any video game I've ever played(dropping the bomb on the Elysium Seed). And I found out that Chuck Dixon is going to be writing Robin, meaning that hopefully the character will stop failing so fucking much. If anyone can do it, it's Dixon. Begone, Beechen. Begone.

So yeah. Fucking awesome day. I'm still feeling pretty pumped almost a full day later.

In other news, I have a ten-page comic script written that I want to hire(or COMMISSION if you want to use the buzzwords) an artist to draw. But I have no idea how to go about getting an artist. Does anyone know of good artists I could approach? Or IS a good artist I could approach? Or knows of a good place to look(please don't say to go searching DeviantArt, I will if I have to but I'd like to exhaust all other possibilities, up to and including ramming needles into my eyes, before I go that route).
