With Pie Forms, you can block users in three different ways from submitting a form on your website. It helps to eliminate spam and keep your website protected. You can block the users by the Username, Email Address, or by specifying the IP Address.
Follow the steps below:
Go to your WordPress Admin dashboard and head over to Pie Forms > Block Users.
You will see three tabs. Let’s discuss each tab separately.
Block Users By Username:
- By default, Block User By Username tab is displayed.
- Enablethe checkbox to block the usernames you will list in the box below.
- In the Usernames section, add the usernames you want to block from your site (one username on each line).
- Add a(*) to block all users containing that username.
Save the changes.
Block Users By Email Address:
- Click on the Block Users by Email Addresstab and enable the checkbox.
- In,the Email Addresses section, add the email addresses of users you want to block from your site (one address on each line).
- Add a(*) to block all users containing that domain.
Save the changes.
Block Users By IP Address:
- Click on the Block Users by IP Address tab and enable the checkbox.
- In the IP Addresses section, add the IP addresses you want to block from your site (one IP address on each line).
Save the changes.
