FASTCAM MINI R3-4K AND R5-4K

The FASTCAM MINI R5-4K camera, users can enjoy 12-bit image recording rates of up to 1,250fps at 4K resolution, with impressive shutter speeds that go as low as 2µs. For even higher frame rates, the camera offers recording rates of up to 200,000fps at lower image resolutions. The FASTCAM MINI R5-4K is compact, rugged, lightweight, and provides the best light sensitivity and image quality – truly setting it apart from other cameras in its class.

FASTCAM MINI W5 and MINI W2

The Photron FASTCAM Mini W5 and Mini W2 are compact, high-performance cameras designed to deliver exceptional image quality, light sensitivity, and versatility in demanding research and industrial environments. With resolutions up to 2,048 × 1,152 pixels, the FASTCAM Mini W5 captures images at 5,000 frames per second (fps), while the FASTCAM Mini W2 achieves 2,000 fps at the same resolution. For ultra-high-speed applications, these models can reach maximum frame rates of 200,000 fps (Mini W5) and 150,000 fps (Mini W2) at reduced resolutions. Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) performance is 5,280fps for the Mini W5 and 2,750fps W2 respectively. 

FASTCAM NOVA R3-4K AND R5-4K

Available in two performance level models – FASTCAM NOVA R3-4K and R5-4K – the cameras deliver 12-bit image recording rates up to 750fps and 1,250fps respectively at 4K image resolution and 800fps and 1,440fps respectively at UHD image resolution, with shutter speeds to 2µs. Recording rates to 200,000fps are available at reduced image resolutions for the FASTCAM NOVA R5-4K.

FASTCAM NOVA R2-4K

The FASTCAM NOVA R2 offers 12-bit image recording rates up to 1,440fps at 4-megapixel image resolution. Recording rates to 2,560fps are available at 1920 x 1080 resolution, and recording rates to 100,000fps can be achieved through further reductions to image resolution.
