Photo Puzzle Fun 1.0

Photo Puzzle, developed by KIDware, is an application that can create jigsaw puzzle games from digital images, guaranteeing endless entertainment for young kids. The application is light weight, and absolutely free.

To create a puzzle, the first step is to select an image, which may be any photograph, or other type of JPG file. Photo Puzzle can create two types of puzzle games. The Scrambled puzzle, on the one hand, has three levels of difficulty, with four, nine, and sixteen pieces respectively. Pieces are cut in rectangular shape and children have to put them back together, dragging them with the mouse, and exercising their memory to recall each piece location.

On the other hand, the Slider puzzle challenges players to move tiles into their correct position. Rectangular pieces are arranged in a grid where only one tile is empty. To complete the puzzle children will have to move pieces into that empty spot until the puzzle is completed. This puzzle has four levels of difficulty, from easiest to difficult, with number of pieces ranging form six to sixteen. The idea is to solve it with the least possible moves.
