Although De Gruyter Brill and Brill are legally one entity, content from the formerly independent providers De Gruyter and Brill has not yet been merged. For this reason, the De Gruyter Brill platform (formerly De Gruyter Online), which contains content from De Gruyter as well as new content from De Gruyter Brill, is separate from the Brill platform. The content of the formerly independent publisher Brill is primarily available at Brill.

Although similar, the issues T425333 and this one ultimately require separate handling.

I am having problems accessing entries in De Gryuter-Brill's "Artists of the World" (AOW), even though our subscription seems to indicate that the content should be licensed. For example:

• The AOW entry page (https://www-degruyterbrill-com.wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/database/aow/html ) has a Licensed icon and says "Access brought to you by Wikipedia"
• I then click on "Start" to get to the search box
• I type "Sokles" in the search box - the article I want is "Sokles (1)"
• I click on "Sokles (1)" in the predictive dropdown
• But the "Sokles (1)" entry (https://aow-degruyter-com.wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/artist/_40351640) is not available - the dropdown in the top right now says "Your institution does not have access to this database"
• N.B. that the equivalent entry in "Allgemeines Künstlerlexikon - Internationale Künstlerdatenbank - Online" (https://www-degruyterbrill-com.wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/database/akl/entry/_40351640/html) is available

I imagine that the problem might be that the domain aow.degruyter.com is not on our subscription's allow-list or something like that.
