What Happens After We Receive a Valid DMCA Notice?
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice (or any notice that substantially complies with the requirements above), we will:

forward a copy of the notice (including your contact information) to the user who posted the material;
take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent containing the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

After we receive a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy. If we do not receive notice within 10–14 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement, we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
Modifications
