Aksornsilpa Music and Arts Camp Program II was designed to develop the ideals and skills of unive... more Aksornsilpa Music and Arts Camp Program II was designed to develop the ideals and skills of university students. Our team and students camped and worked on-site at Mae Ok Hu village, Mae La, Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province, Thailand to conduct a theatre play project between the local school students and the university students. Such initiatives help inject a new dynamic spirit within the local arts activities. This project establishes a framework of good practice in music and arts workshops which can serve as an example for future projects.
Aksornsilpa Music and Arts Camp is continuously funded by Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Foundation and other participating universities.

-The inspiration from Aesop fables, a famous story which
teach morality to children. The composition design refers to the
Prokofiev's peter and the wolf in the style of string quintet, to use the
easy music element present the character and story with the
storyteller, the result of this composition will attract children to enjoy
the story with sound of string instruments and the narrator in 6-7
minutes

The improvisation on viola with Red-whiskered bulbul songs was inspired by the song of the bird. ... more The improvisation on viola with Red-whiskered bulbul songs was inspired by the song of the bird. The work will engage the natural bird soundscape collection and viola improvisation to imitate the bird's songs. In the process of creative works, firstly we research the natural songs of the bird, it will sing when they comfort and protect its space, then the creator tries to imitate and respond to those sound on viola improvisation. In the result, the sound between manmade and birdmade it really different, but the balance of two things it really more important for our beautiful world.

The work concludes the concept of programme music with Aesop's fables storyteller. The music inspired from the concept of Sergei Prokofiev that integrated the story with the orchestra repertoire. The Lion and the Mouse for String quartet and Storyteller invites the audiences to meet the story teller and musical elements from string quartet to provide the scene of the story. As a result, this creative work presents the integration of musical elements and Aesop's fables story from childhood and effect the aesthetic motivation of music for children development and adult to be active listener.

To create music for String quintet and visual arts by E-sarn folk music element in Thailand, the ... more To create music for String quintet and visual arts by E-sarn folk music element in Thailand, the objective of this creative music. The work concludes the concept of western music theory and Northeast of Thailand (E-sarn) folk tune and Laos music. Mention the concept of Béla Bartók that integrated the folk tune of a European country to the western instruments and Suppabhorn Suwanpakdee, songs from the highland of Thailand to western instruments. The E-sarn sound for String quintet invites the audiences to meet the culture and music element with cultural and environmental visual arts to connect the global citizens. As a result, this creative work presents the cross-culture of music and arts scene from the northeast of Thailand, and values the E-sarn culture to the world.

The topics for a safe environment and people are important in this century to be aware of our step in human beings to present and next generation.
The North Mist for viola and electro soundscape is inspired by the beauty of the mist from steam contradicting the mist from smoke which build pm2.5 and attacks the health of lives, especially in northern Thailand. The works will present the electro soundscape and extended techniques of viola, the form combines beautiful melodic lines in the northern pentatonic scale and rhythmic pattern, and the soundscape of the environment, suddenly the dangerous noises sound interrupt the beauty, and the heavy atmosphere starts to destroy daily life.

“Explore, Exchange, Excel“ is the philosophical motto driving the Princess Galyani Vadhana Instit... more “Explore, Exchange, Excel“ is the philosophical motto driving the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music Youth Orchestra (PYO). The orchestra aims to develop the orchestral playing skills of young Thai musicians. Since 2013, the PYO has performed a wide-ranging repertoire covering standard pieces as well as contemporary ones. With the help of invited conductors and expert orchestral performers, the young orchestral musicians gained invaluable experience and knowledge during the last four years.
Alongside, the PYO also strives to develop an audience for orchestral music in a sustainable way. In the fifth concert season, 2017 - 2018, the PYO will launch a new audience development programme.
This paper describes the development of the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music Youth Orchestra from its conception to the present, with an emphasis on the contributions the orchestra has made to the education of young musicians, and also explains future plans.

This paper aims to study philosophy and management with participation concept in three teaching m... more This paper aims to study philosophy and management with participation concept in three teaching music organizations in crowded community include Immanuel Music School, Music Sharing, and Khlongtoey Music Program (Playing for Change). The paper studies about the method was descriptive research that analyzed from literature review, in-depth interview, and participation in observation. The participants has been in the organization more than three years include three students between 10-20 years old, their parents, an organization's leader and a volunteer's teacher and a community leader. The study found that the activities from the teaching music organizations in the crowded community affects to youth, parents, volunteer teachers in organizations and people both inside and outside community and cause to participate in the activities of the teaching music organizations in the crowded community. In addition, these make the development of the potential of youth to play music, gain the good attitude and life skill. Meanwhile, these because the social capital among youth, parents, volunteer teachers, and people in societies which contribute to community development because the management of organizations are mainly from the process of participation: talking together to plan, coordinate and solve the problem. However, these people's organization still confront with the problem of human resources, budget, and knowledge management which are still an issue today
