Each Club Rep represents both the team and individual players, helping to ensure they receive the correct information and support across the wide range of matters that can affect their personal and professional lives. Reps can raise dressing-room issues, share important updates and help teammates access PFA NI support in confidence.
Player Representatives are the vital link between PFA NI and the dressing room. They ensure every player has a trusted teammate who can share information, raise concerns and provide support when it’s needed most.
As the eyes and ears of the dressing room, Player Reps help PFA NI stay connected to the day-to-day experiences of players across every club. Whether it’s concerns around player welfare, working conditions, contracts, wellbeing or issues affecting the squad, Player Reps provide an invaluable line of communication.
Just as importantly, they carry information back into the dressing room. From updates on player rights and welfare initiatives to education opportunities, member benefits and support services, Player Reps ensure their teammates remain informed about everything PFA NI has to offer.
By creating a two-way flow of communication, Player Representatives strengthen the relationship between players and their union, ensuring every player’s voice can be heard and every club has direct access to support when it matters most.

Ballymena UnitedAn experienced central defender who has represented Ballymena United, Carrick Rangers, Cliftonville and Glentoran. Jonny brings extensive Irish League experience and a strong understanding of the demands players face across the professional game.

BangorThe Kircubbin-born forward joined Bangor in 2018 and helped the Seasiders climb through the divisions to the Premiership. A prolific and popular figure, he is among the club’s leading all-time goalscorers.

Carrick RangersA composed and dependable midfielder with long-standing ties to Carrick Rangers. Kyle has also represented Dundela and Ards, giving him broad experience of football across Northern Ireland’s senior leagues.

CliftonvilleA hard-working forward who joined Cliftonville in 2018 after spells with Derry City and Ballinamallard United. Ryan has been a major goalscoring presence for the Reds and has collected individual honours and domestic silverware.

ColeraineA lifelong Coleraine supporter and attacking full-back who progressed into the first team as a teenager. Lyndon has passed 300 appearances, enjoyed a testimonial year and was appointed club captain ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.

CrusadersAn experienced defensive midfielder who joined Crusaders in 2021. Robbie previously built an extensive career in England with Sunderland, Tranmere Rovers, Burton Albion, Leyton Orient and Chesterfield before returning to Irish football.

Dungannon SwiftsA technically gifted midfielder who developed in the academies at Derby County and Hull City. Kealan’s senior career has included St Mirren, Athlone Town, Bohemians, Longford Town and Warrenpoint Town before joining Dungannon Swifts in 2023.

GlentoranGlentoran’s long-serving captain and one of the club’s most respected modern figures. Since arriving in 2012, the defender has made more than 470 appearances, won three Irish Cups and set standards as a leader on and off the pitch.

LarneLarne’s captain has been central to the club’s rise since joining in 2018. The experienced defender has won multiple league titles and scored a historic goal in Larne’s first UEFA Conference League victory.
