While on holiday on Samos Island, I got an e-mail from my friend Frank, PA7F, that his converted Cushcraft D40 to the combi 30/40m dipole design as described on my website (www.dx.nl/pf5x) is working as planned. SWR 1 on both bands. So I am happy to know that this simple design is reproduceable.
