It is characterized by problems paying attention, excessive activity or difficulty controlling behaviour which is not appropriate for a person's age. Children with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) often have serious problems in school. Inattention, impulsiveness, hyperactivity, disorganization, and other difficulties can lead to unfinished assignments, careless errors, and behaviour which is troublesome to one's self and others. Through the implementation of relatively simple and straight forward accommodations to the classroom environment or teaching style, teachers can adapt to the strengths and weaknesses of students with ADD. Small changes in how a teacher methods the student Accommodations come in three distinct categories; instructional, environmental, and assessment with ADD or in what the teacher expects can turn a losing year into a winning one for the child. The key to providing successful accommodations is having clear expectations from the very start. It's important not to use these accommodations to single out students in a negative way. Teach organizational skills. Be sure student has daily, weekly and/or monthly assignment sheets; list of materials needed daily; and consistent format for papers. Have a consistent way for students to turn in and receive back papers; reduce distractions. Provide student with copy of reading material with main ideas underlined or highlighted. Provide an outline of important points from reading material, Teach outlining, main-idea/details concepts, Provide tape of text/chapter etc. briefly given in this article.

It is also among the prevalent chronic health conditions affecting school-aged children. ADHD refers to a family of related chronic neurobiological disorder that interferes with an individual's capacity to regulate activity level (hyperactivity), inhibit behaviour (impulsivity), and attend to tasks (inattention) in developmentally appropriate ways Students with ADHD are often energetic, creative, and good problem-solvers. They need support with sensory assimilation, idea, and social communication. Learning is personalized; students receive a customized learning to experience. Students learn at their individual speed with organization and maintain in challenging areas. Learning aligns with security, requirements and skills, and takes position in an appealing environment where students gain a better understanding of their strengths. To get an idea of personalized learning is, try to picture a classroom that doesn't have a " one size fits all " approach to education. The teacher doesn't guide all students through the same lessons. Instead, the teacher guides each student on an individualized journey. What, when, where and how of learning is tailored to meet each student's strengths, skills, needs and interests. In the fast changing world the job market and job requirement change much faster than the requisite changes in a curriculum. So, the suggestions the researcher would like to train students, teachers, employees, and employers in the skill of personalized learning. Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) has been identified as one of the most common be... more Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) has been identified as one of the most common behavioral disorders in childhood. The main objective of this study was the present situation of children with ADHD in primary schools in Salem District, Tamil Nadu. The primary school teachers help the children in prevail over their barriers of learning, behavior, and social relationships. A semi structured interview was run 10 primary school teachers in Salem district. The main conclusion of this study is that not all elementary school teachers have adequate training and knowledge on educating children with ADHD traits. At present, these children do not have adequate classrooms, resources, and educational equipment to learn and guide experts. This study reveals the need for early education teachers to be aware of ADHD. Provide that facilities from corresponding authorities for primary schools teacher to offer a proper education for ADHD children.
