This is done by overcoming the blood-brain barrier (BBB), a network of cells that tightly regulate the flow of substances between the blood and the brain. Most of the time lipophilic drugs are easily cross blood brain barrier but few of them less soluble in lipid therefore they don’t cross the blood brain barrier. After review we concluded that we can easily improve the solubility of drug using various techniques and Brain-targeted drug delivery is a promising field of research that has the potential to revolutionize the treatment of brain diseases. With further advances, it is possible that brain-targeted drug delivery will become a standard treatment for a variety of brain diseases and disorders.

Glycerogelatin suppositories are commonly used for the treatment of various diseases such as rectal related disease, constipation,haemorrhoids, or prostate diseases. The development of this type of suppository requires the evaluation of their physical and chemical properties. This research paper aims to review the existing literature on the preparation and evaluation of glycerogelatin suppositories. The review focuses on glycerogelatin suppositories,
their preparation methods, and their quality control parameters. After method of preparation we conclude that Glycerogelatin suppositories are easy method of formulation. We performed drug identification test to authenticate the Diclofenac Na by UV spectrophotometer as well as calibrate the mould to avoid variations in the weights. We evaluated various parameters such as displacement value, disintegration test, dissolution test, melting point and drug content. All the results found to be satisfactory but we nee
d to check out the effectiveness of formulation to
performed clinical study.

Material and Method: The Antiallergic tablet is formulate by the wet granulation method using various excipients like HPMC, lactose starch, Polyethylene glycol in different concentrations for optimization of excipients. Rosemary extract contains ursolic acid and rosmarinic acid. Which is shows antiinflammatory and Antiallergic activity so that it is used in the combination of Cetirizine and curcumin. Various clinical disorders associated with allergy-like asthma, hay fever, food allergy, Urticaria, delayed hypersensitivity. The allergic disorder can be treated by three ways of control of the environment, drug therapy, and Novel strategies. Treatment of allergic disorders from the traditional era people used herbal drug therapy and in the modern era, allopathic treatment most commonly used. Allopathic drug therapy having various side effects and researchers work on overcoming the side effect of the allopathic drug. Novel strategies are used in the treatment of allergy-like peptide vaccines and specific allergen immunotherapy .after reviewed we concluded that from the traditional era to modern era, treatment of allergy is better than better for previous treatment and further study continue for the develop a stable and effective technique for the treatment of allergy.
