It provides a new enhanced FAQ custom post-type and a topic/thematic taxonomy, so that your questions can be well organized.

Installation

  1. Upload faqtastic to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress admin
  3. Go to FAQs menu
  4. Add some questions/answers and assign them to thematics if needed
  5. Display them in a page using a query loop or the given pattern
  6. Go to the site editor and add the chatbot block in the header or footer in order the make it available in the whole site

Mostly.
With thematics, you can filters FAQs on pages with the query loop parameters.

Can I customize the chat bot?

Yes.
The chatbot is customizable for colors, position and labels
