The Payentry mobile app offers individuals access to their employee information, and provides employers with a cutting edge time and attendance solution for employees to clock in and out on a tablet in their workplace on the kiosk clock.

Individuals can view all of their employee information in one place. Pay history is available by year, and paystub details are displayed in a graph so individuals can see the allocation of their pay check. When enabled by their employer, individuals can clock in and out using the Time Mgmt capabilities and view their tax forms, such as 1099-M, W-2, and 1095-C. Individuals can view their contact, status & position, accruals, direct deposits, and deductions.

When using the kiosk clock at a business location, individuals can clock in and out for their work shifts. Using a clock ID and facial recognition, the Payentry kiosk clock helps businesses reduce wage and hour fraud. Individuals are able to send a note to their manager and clock in and out of different departments and jobs when applicable. Once an individual has saved a time punch, they’ll immediately see a large message indicating success.

Version History - Addressed an issue with two factor authentication that disallowed changes to direct deposit information. 2.8.2 11/13/2024 Resolved an issue that was preventing users from authenticating with the kiosk facial recognition feature. 2.8 10/18/2024 - Resolved an issue where incorrect pay rate information was being displayed on the Employee tab for certain employees. 2.7 09/05/2024 - Added the ability to customize the name of each company you have access to.

- Two factor security has been enabled when attempting to add / edit a direct deposit or when editing a deduction. 2.5 09/29/2023 - Resolved an issue with incorrect time zone information being displayed on timecard details.
- Resolved an issue regarding a missing translation file message. 2.4 02/23/2023 Version 2.3 of the My Payentry application includes the following improvements:

- If Time Management is enabled, employees will now be able to view timecard and schedule information.
- The employee's pay rate has been added to the Status / Position section of the Employee view.
- The employee's tax details have been added to the Employee view.
- Year to date information has been added to the Pay History view.
- The ability to download a PDF version of a paystub.
- Additional bug fixes. 2.3 01/03/2023 Version 2.2 of the My Payentry application includes the following improvements:

- If Time Management is enabled, employees will now be able to do the following in the app; submit new time off requests, view existing time off requests, and view accrual balances.
- If enabled by an employee's company, edits to contact information, deductions, and direct deposits can be performed in the app.
- Additional bug fixes. 2.2 08/18/2022 Resolved two issues regarding the display off accruals:
- Inactive accruals incorrectly being displayed for certain users.
- Accruals marked as hidden were being incorrectly displayed for certain users. 2.1 04/14/2022 Our new modern design gives employees easier access to their information on the go along with kiosk clock in/out user experience improvements.

Navigate from the bottom of the screen to view employee pay history, paystubs, clocking in and out, tax documents, employee information, and account settings.
