Terms of Use for the Hotel Barcelona Paxton “MEMBERS ONLY” Loyalty Platform

Definitions:

“Platform”: refers to the Hotel Barcelona Paxton “MEMBERS ONLY” loyalty platform.
“User”: any person who registers and participates in the loyalty program via the Platform.
“Benefits”: benefits, discounts, gifts, special services, and/or any other promotion offered to Users within the scope of the program.

Registration: To participate in the loyalty program, the User must register on the Platform, providing truthful, up-to-date, and complete information.
By registering, the User agrees to receive communications related to the program and other commercial actions from Hotel Barcelona Paxton.

Access to Exclusive Benefits at Hotel Barcelona Paxton with the “MEMBERS ONLY” Platform:

For each confirmed reservation and stay at Hotel Barcelona Paxton, the User will accumulate benefits according to the conditions established on the Platform, potentially changing levels in the program based on the frequency of their reservations and stays.
The level within the Platform is non-transferable and can only be used at Hotel Barcelona Paxton.

Application of Exclusive Benefits:

Offers available on the Platform will be automatically applied to searches made by its members once they have identified themselves in the Hotel Barcelona Paxton booking engine before confirming their reservation.

Termination and Amendments:

Hotel Barcelona Paxton reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty program, its terms, or any Benefit at any time, with prior notification to Users.
In case of fraudulent, abusive, or violating activity of these terms, Hotel Barcelona Paxton may terminate the User’s membership and/or withdraw their exclusive benefits.

Data Protection:

All information provided by the User will be processed in accordance with Hotel Barcelona Paxton’s Privacy Policy.
The Hotel commits not to share or sell User information to third parties without their explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability:

Hotel Barcelona Paxton will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, or harm resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform or Benefits.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms or the loyalty program will be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona.

By registering on the Hotel Barcelona Paxton Loyalty Platform, the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the conditions mentioned above.
